Originally built in 1910 and still owned by the family who built the home, this residence has been thoughtfully expanded and restored for the next generation.

Portions of the existing house were carefully removed to make way for a substantial addition designed to feel seamless with the original architecture. Throughout the project, the focus was on creating new spaces for the family to enjoy while preserving the character, craftsmanship, and history of the original home.

The historic portions of the residence were restored alongside the new construction, including the home's original California redwood room dating to the 1920s. The result brings old and new together while respecting more than a century of family history.
